"master" bedroom, with king-sized beds on the main level and
extra-long twins in the upper that can easily be converted into
kings. A large, luxurious bathroom connects with each of these
bedrooms, featuring roomy showers and tiled vanities. |

There are dressing areas in the main
level bedrooms, and terraces off of the upper bedrooms that overlook
the ocean and the pool. Televisions, ceiling fans, and metered
air-conditioners are installed in each bedroom. There is a small
nursery/nanny's room available which adjoins the landing area. A
gallery on the upper floor is the perfect spot for slipping away. |

The interior of the
home offers a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils,
cookware, stem-and-stoneware, etc. Realizing that much entertaining
and socializing occurs in the kitchen, it was built to be large, airy
& comfortable. |

Easy access into the shallow water off the dock or a private, peaceful beach is just a short, three minute walk from the
villa and there are tennis courts available on a first-come,
first-served basis. |
