Acacia Villa was designed and created with vacation rental in mind. Situated to catch the tropical breeze, a large covered verandah overlooks the pool. Two queen bedrooms en suite at opposite ends of the villa offer privacy for one or two couples. Acacia Villa is on one level with no steps. A maximum of four persons or two couples is intended.

This waterfront villa is located in the residential resort community of Leeward, one of the most sought after real estate developments, on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The pool area is landscaped for your privacy.

The open living/dining/great room features comfortable furnishings with a large screen Sat. TV and Bose Music system. A library of DVDs and books is available.

Complete kitchen with modern appliances includes dish washer, microwave and all the accessories necessary to prepare meals to enjoy at either inside or outside dining areas.

The two queen size bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the vacation villa with en suite baths for your privacy. All linens including beach towels are provided. Each bedroom opens directly onto the verandah and deck overlooking the private fresh-water swimming pool.

Acacia features a small sandy beach at the canal and boat dock for your personal use should you want to rent a skiff. Kayaks are available to explore the canals. For your peace of mind, Acacia Villa is walled and gated with a monitored security system.

LOCATION

Acacia Villa is situated in the quiet residential resort community of Leeward.

The community lies at the northeastern end of Providenciales eleven miles from the international airport and 3 miles to the heart of Grace Bay shopping and dining options. Leeward Marina offers boating, eco-kayaking and sailing excursions, just a 5 minute walk from the vacation villa. Public beach accesses are available to Grace Bay Beach. The closest is one mile away. The villa is on a paved road in a good location for jogging or biking.
